Firefighters made access and found a small fire in the center hallway, extinguished in 10 minutes. Following initial reports of a person trapped, companies checked units adjacent to the hallway fire and found no victims. Wires down on Stagg by the incident and drivers are advised to avoid Zombar x Stagg. LADOT/LAPD will be managing traffic flow. There are some pet birds (parrots, etc) in the backyard, sadly at least one is deceased and some injured (numbers unknown at this time). LA Animal Services notified to coordinate their care.
