KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0101; 03:20AM; 1338 S Flower St; https://bit.ly/4e3f1dy; Downtown; KNOCKDOWN: Over 100 firefighters worked for one hour and 37 minutes in two separate buildings to extinguish two well-involved, defensive fires. There are no injuries reported. This will remain an active incident through the morning with crews working to address the remaining hot spots and conducting overhaul operations. Drivers are advised to avoid the intersection. LAFD Arson is on scene to investigate the cause of the fire. Life-saving measures were taken by paramedics enroute and continued by emergency room staff, but the patient ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
