Firefighters contained the fire only to the eaves and there were no injuries reported. One 42yo male patient being transported in fair condition for possible smoke inhalation. The fire is extinguished and the incident is being transitioned to CHP and Caltrans to secure the area. One lane of the freeway is still closed while firefighters continue to apply water to some smoldering areas. Firefighters opened up the structure and had visible fire on the Alpha side of the building. Once inside, they located a contents fire and prevented it from extending into the structure or up into the 2nd floor. A primary search located no patients and no injuries reported.
